It makes the water clear and pure for pond sizes of up to 8000 l without fish and up to 4000 l with fish. In order to keep a good climate, to create a magnificent vegetation and to support the well-being of your fish, it is advisable to daily run the filter system for 24 h.The efficient filtering procedure is done by materials such as a special

Bio Pond Filter System
makes the pond water be pressed very slowly by means of a pump and an appropriate hose (both NOT included in the supply). First there are the filter sponges that purify the water mechanically from coarse suspended sediments and dirt particles on their surfaces. With the water being inside the filter media, there are micro organisms that gradually step by step accumulate, thus removing germs and bacteria. The Japan mat consists of raw polyester-based filaments with a large surface that likewise favour the colonization of bacteria.The

The power supply of the filter system (resp. the circuit of the socket used) must be equipped with a residual-current device (RCD) with a rated residual current of no more than 30 mA. The socket into which the power cable is plugged should be protected with a weatherproof cover and be at least 2 metres away from the garden pond.

The device may not be operated in swimming pools, paddling pools of any kind or other bodies of water in which people may be present during operation. Do not use the appliance while people are in the danger zone.

Make sure to switch off the device before carrying out any maintenance or repair work and disconnect it from the power supply by pulling out the plug.
