Product information "Unique Koi Pond salt Plus 10000 g for the decrease of osmotic stress"
To be used for external injuries, ulcers and loss of scale as well as for the reduction of osmotic stress. In addition, Unique Koi Pond salt provides for the important mineral salts that are extracted by fish and plants.
The immune system of the pond inhabitants is strengthened, the cure of diseases is supported. Expecially just before the beginning of the winter season, Pond salt Plus is used to enhance the protective mucous layer.
Applied as a short-time bath, it defends against monocellular parasites. Never administer salt in connection with malachite green, benocaine, formalin or potassium permanganate. Before adding, Zeolith has to be removed from the filter.
The Plus:
Thanks to the contained colloids, pond salt has a positive effect on the regeneration of the mucous membrane of the fish already at a concentration of 1,5%.
Dosage:
Long-term use

10 minutes 1,5 kg/ 100 liters
Urgent help:
If there are elevated nitrate levels, add a 1% concentration of Pond salt Plus to the pond. This helps to reduce nitrite toxicity.
